How come can sell their products so cheap?

We purchase excess stock direct from the manufacturers in bulk, and due to the good relationships, we have built up with various manufacturers we are able to buy these at discounted prices which we then pass on to our customers. We are also a Dell registered partner, so we can supply the latest products from our own huge stock.

I am not a business; can I still order from ITC sales?

We sell to both-end user customers and businesses, and you do not need a login or account to place an order with us.

What time are you open?

Our sales lines are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm 03333 222 200

How do I order online?

Once you have added to the cart, you can “view cart” or click on the “checkout button.” Enter your billing and delivery details. You may then choose your payment method if you choose to pay by credit/debit card or by PayPal you will be taken to a secure server to complete your transaction. You can also call us and pay over the phone if you would prefer, or you can also pay via bank transfer-in which case you should choose “proforma invoice.”

What delivery company do you use?

We use DPD. We use their next business day delivery service, once dispatched you will receive an email with a 1-hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. There are also options to choose pre 10 am delivery or pre-noon if you need it by a certain time. If you include your mobile number, we can also text you the delivery information.

What is your cut off time for despatch?

Cut off time for orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) which will be guaranteed despatch on that day is 2 pm. We always endeavor to try and despatch as much as we can, it can be possible that some orders after the cut-off time may still be dispatched.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Amex, PayPal, or bank transfer of funds.

What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

What if the item is not working properly?

If the item you have purchased is covered by a warranty, contact them directly. If the item is covered by the ITC Sales warranty, contact us via the website homepage, go to the online support section and log a support ticket.
