All items either new or Refurbished are the responsibility of the buyer to return to us for any reason . (Unless damage in transit is claimed and the goods must be signed for as UN-INSPECTED on the carrier note at time of delivery) Carriage cost MUST be taken by the sender. If goods are returned an RMA N0. Must be obtained from our sales office on 03333 222 200 EXT 223 . Any items returned without an RMA N0 will be rejected. New items will carry a manufactures warranty were stated and all warranty issues pass to the manufacturer once the unit(s) seals are broken.

OEM parts supplied with 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated, these parts are provided for system builders and repair agents - they are not retail products.

Software cannot be returned unless the seals on both media and the outer wrap remain intact. By breaking the seal (s) this means you accept the terms and conditions on the site.
The Company reserves the position to cancel or not supply an order at there discretion. Orders taken via our site are not binding contracts.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our On-Line store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from The UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK sterling or your own currency.

Please note not only do we use the highest encryption available anywhere in the world 1024 BIT to protect you the purchaser , we also use the Credit Card Data matching facility on all transactions , this means the card you use must match the registered address. Shipping And Handling Shipping and Packing is calculated automatically on line as you shop and is based on weight of your order & your location.
We use the top carriers in the UK for all of our equipment. And Royal Mail Special delivery for smaller software orders. Both of these represent superb value for money and service. When signing for carrier delivery please sign for as UN-INSPECTED this means should there be damage to an item yours & our insurance rights are not affected.
We can also give you your tracking Number if you call after 10AM the Following working day.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-5 Full business days. International orders are generally received in less than 5 days.But this is not a Guarantee
Software and items less than 1 Kilo are shipped By Royal Mail Registered Special Delivery. Which is a next working day service.
Orders placed before 12PM will be generally shipped the same day. Please call to confirm if your delivery requirement is urgent quoting your order number.

When an order ships we will send you a confirmation mail to confirm that the item has shipped. Some orders can take 3-5 full working days to ship depending on the spec's ordered or item ordered. The shipping will still be on an overnight service the day following the shipping confirmation mail. Any customer wishing to cancel an order must either call quoting there order number or e-mail and ask for a confirmation by return. Once an order has shipped and a cancellation request is received after the above mail of shipping confirmation it is the customer's duty to return the item ( s) for a refund. An RMA form can be downloaded from the support area which will give you the full details of the procedure and a returns number to put with your return. Orders that involve Loaded Software may take up to 3 days for despatch.
All orders will receive an e-mail from the despatch system on the day of shipping to confirm your order has shipped and the method used. Inc Tracking information direct from DPD ( please make sure you add DPD.co.uk to your unblocked anti spam or other email software )

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Returns Policy All items are returnable within the first 14 days from delivered date (we are a Wholesaler). This is your statutory rights of Normal Cancellation in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All items MUST be returned in original packaging. If original packaging is not available, we can supply suitable packaging at extra cost, please contact us for details. All liabilty for returning goods is the repsonsibility of the buyer. All costs are payable by the buyer and we reserve the right to charge handling costs on some items/orders. Please ensure your return parcels are insured and packed correctly.

Damaged and missing items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you check all items on receipt.

All items returned on a Business to Business (B2B) transaction are subject to 20% restocking fee at our discretion. We try to be fair and accomodating to our Business customers and we expect the same courtesy in return.

Faulty items will be collected/exchanged by us (ITC) within the intial 14 day period after delivery. Where items are covered by Dell Onsite support it may be quicker and more expendient to invoke their support at buyers discretion.

RTB = Return To Base (warranty)

Return to base (RTB) warranty returns are the responsibility of the buyer, both costs and liability. Please ensure your return parcels are insured and packed correctly. The costs of returning the repaired/replaced item will be met by us (ITC).

All laptop batteries are classed as Consumables. Battery warranty will not exceed 12 months on new Laptops irrespective of warranty on the laptop. On refurbished items Battery warranty is 90 days unless otherwise stated.

ITC are not responsible for any data contained on hardware, Hard Drives of any sort either loaded or preloaded data no warranty or value is given to any data lost. No value is given to any data due to subsequent returns.
